By using the Jobhunt.in services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether you are a "Visitor" (which means that you simply browse the www.jobhunt.in website) or you are a "Member" (which means that you have registered with Jobhunt.in either as a Head Hunter or a Job Hunter). If you do not agree with it, you should discontinue the use of the Jobhunt.in Services.

Head Hunter

By subscribing to resumes you have registered with Jobhunt.in and agree that:

- you will not use Jobhunt.in for any activity which is illegal by applicable laws
- you will not use Jobhunt.in to harass or defame individuals
- you will not use the information or services in Jobhunt.in for any kind of spamming.

Job Hunter

By posting or mailing in your resume you have registered with Jobhunt.in and agree that:

- you will not use Jobhunt.in for any activity which is illegal by applicable laws
- you will not post any pornographic material on Jobhunt.in
- you will not use Jobhunt.in to harass or defame individuals
- you will not use the information or services in Jobhunt.in for any kind of spamming.

General

If the concerned account is found in violation of Jobhunt.in policies, Jobhunt.in reserves the right to terminate the account, without giving any notice or explanation. Jobhunt.in also reserves the right to change this agreement at any time.

Jobhunt.in may be required by law to monitor illegal activity and communication. Jobhunt.in strongly supports Freedom of Speech and Information, but will comply with valid requests from law enforcement agencies.
